Anglican Christianity

A Living Tradition

Mere Christianity

Anglicanism is Bible-based and Tradition-rich. Our worship is centered on the core markers of the Christian Church that have been present since the beginning: The Holy Scriptures, The Creed of the Church, The Sacraments, and the ancient order of Bishops, Priests, and Deacons. We believe that accepting the good news of Jesus Christ forgives our sins and reshapes our lives around a saving relationship with him.

Anglicans are proudly evangelical, placing the Bible as our supreme authority. We are also thoroughly catholic, worshipping in the ancient manner of creeds. When you come to our service, you will hear the Word read and preached and the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion duly administered. Whatever tradition  you come from, you will find something familiar and something new.

Father Alex’s podcast, Word & Table, is your guide to Anglicanism. For years before coming to Redemption, Fr. Alex and Fr. Stephen Gauthier have recorded nearly 200 episodes helping people understand the Anglican Tradition and how it upholds the ancient faith today. If you’re curious about Anglicanism, it’s a great place to start. Listen here or wherever you get your podcasts
